We’re really looking forward to releasing the OnePlus 8T by October 14th, but the real-world rumors continue to give us a glimpse of what this flagship phone will bring.
Our first look at the OnePlus 8T was courtesy of Case-Mate case maker (by Phandroid), which provided a list of one of its cases showing how the rear end of the phone is designed (see below for images).
The list does not show anything that has not been seen before in previous releases, but it does seem to confirm that the OnePlus 8T is coming with a rear-facing camera – 48MP + 16MP + 5MP + 2MP with ultrawide capabilities, we have heard.
The OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro have only one camera lens, although the main processors are limited to 48 megapixels.
We’ll have to wait and see what OnePlus does for the hardware and software side to improve the camera’s performance.
Another small piece of information that has just been received for the OnePlus 8T is its size: 162.8 x 75.5 x 8.4 mm (9.3 mm with camera lens), according to popular @OnLeaks tips.

It is slightly larger than all the handsets we have seen from OnePlus these days, including the OnePlus 7T, the OnePlus 8, and the OnePlus Nord. However, you may not be able to move the needle if you are considering buying.
We know the OnePlus 8T will come with a 6.55-inch display, 120Hz update – OnePlus spoke directly – and we also know that the phone will not have a Pro model this year, so adjust your expectations to it.
Some information we have heard before the big show is that the OnePlus 8T will return you € 799 (approximately $ 935, £ 725, AU $ 1,305).
Other details, such as the fast-paced price and Android 11 on the tablet, have been achieved by OnePlus.
